Online Course Student Feedback Survey Description and Instructions

The Online Course Student Feedback Survey is designed to elicit feedback from the student to provide a constructive evaluation of the online course and the instructor. The questions are organized into specific categories that address issues such as student expectations, ease of course navigation, class interaction between students and the instructor, instructor responsiveness, and overall quality of the course and instructor effectiveness.

Your thoughtful answers to these questions will provide helpful information to your instructor to improve the design and delivery of the course. Although the link to the survey is embedded within WebCT, the responses are completely anonymous. Identifiable information is not furnished to the instructor, and the collated results are made available to the instructor after the semester is over.
