The ROC is an easy way to find distance learning courses and programs that are offered at all of our Regents postsecondary institutions. In distance
learning, the majority of the coursework is delivered via mediated means (web-based, video-teleconferencing, audio or videotape, cd-rom, etc.).
Right now, the ROC contains over 1200 courses, and is expected to grow significantly over the next few years. Many of these courses are completely web-based, which means that you can be a student any time or anywhere!
