What is KANDL?

Kansas Digital Learning (KANDL) is a digital learning advisory group to the Board of Regents (Academic Affairs and Kan-Ed units of the Kansas Board of Regents). The Advisory Council will sponsor and maintain the Regents On-Line Catalog (ROC). Colleague to Colleague (C2C) is the professional development link.
