Kansas English--the editors
Matt Bova teaches English and photojournalism at Eudora High School, in Eudora, KS.
Matt has contributed articles to Kansas English and recently assisted with revising the Kansas writing assessment. He lives in Lawrence, with his wife and two children. mattbova@eudoraschools.org

Kristen Worthington received her Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction/English Education from the University of Kansas and her M.A. in English from Middlebury College in Vermont. She has taught high school English inboth traditional and online settings for 12 years, as well as developed English and education courses for The Florida Virtual School and Capella University. She currently teaches composition courses at Johnson County Community College in Overland Park, KS. kworthin@jccc.edu |
Matt Copeland is a Language Arts and Literacy Consultant for the Kansas State Department of Education and teaches for the University of Phoenix. Recognized as a 2006 Distinguished Kansan of the Year in Education, 2005 Milken National Educator, and 2003 Kansas Master Teacher, he is a frequent presenter at local, regional, and national conferences and has published several books, essays, and poems on the teaching of English. In addition to his professional duties, he also serves as an officer and executive board member of the KATE. mcopeland@ksde.org |
